Hopefully everyone know about Michael Morones by now. An 11 year old who was bullied because he was a brony and tried to take his own life. He suffered some damage, but thankfully he's still alive and is still recovering. http://mlpforums.com/topic/86321-boy-bullied-for-being-a-brony-attempts-to-take-own-life/ The community is keeping tabs on his recovery and we will continue to lend our support, our good thoughts, and any donations his way. If you'd like to contribute or check on his status please go to his website, http://www.michaelmorones.org/
I wanted to write a song on the matter because having something like this even occur really can shake your sense of security. It effects not just one family but the community as a whole really. So i wanted to make a song not just for Michael but also anyone bullied or depressed, because hopefully everyone knows that part of being in a community is that people will always be there when you need help. You just need to reach out to find a safe place.
This was put together pretty quickly to be included on the New Sincerity community album and I received some help with the vocals (midway) from one of the participants Terolie. Thanks to him for pitching in and helping get the track done in such a short time. He did a great job on this and Already Gone. Sorry this came out a few weeks later then i wanted but the album release was delayed a tad and hopefully still relevant.

A MASSIVE thanks to Pixelkitties for the amazing art used which greatly influenced the idea of the song in the first place. She was wonderful enough to give me permission, her full sized images, and helped arrange a fundraiser to Michael in the first place.

I would appreciate any help getting the album or any of my ytube songs submitted to EQD. A lot of people lent a hand in making this album over a period of 5 months. I hope you enjoy the compilation as there's some very good music there, a lot of collaborations, and some thought provoking material.
Lyrics:
Don't be afraid
to walk far from home
Because the truth is
you're never really alone
Friends online
or maybe on the phone.
we'll throw you a line
if you need to talk or moan
Cause when you fall apart
so very deep inside
there's always a safe place
where you can run and hide
I can promise you
That I will be here
Provide a safe place
far from any fears
i am so sorry that
you felt so afraid
that you had to go
try to end your life
know that we're here
sitting by you side
your tears of pain are
also ours to cry
